An emotion is telling you that something important is occurring right now. We all have emotional needs. Those needs, both physical and emotional will be satisfied according to our emotional urgency triggered by our needs or wants.

Emotions add color, value, and meaning to our lives. No emotion is right or wrong, they simply are ~ emotional energy waves flowing through our bodies, telling us what we should repeat, telling us what we should avoid, and above all helping us to discover who we are.
